Pista GRATUITA: There are many family situations that may arise that can lead to your resignation. Your spouse may be transferred or offered a job in another city. The birth of a child or illness of a family member may require your presence at home, or you may just want to relocate to be closer to relatives or children. It is appropriate to mention such reasons in your formal resignation. If your reasons are of a very personal or confidential nature (drug abuse, divorce, emotional problems, criminal indictment, etc.), you need not discuss them.
