If you have your order and/or customer number, you may upgrade to a CD for the difference in price, which is normally $5 plus shipping and handling, directly from WriteExpress. Send or give us that information when you place your order.

The latest release of WriteExpress Easy Letters, Easy Letters Professional, and Rhymer now integrate with Microsoft Word 2002. They can be downloaded and purchased online. Rhymer for Macintosh was released for 2002. WriteExpress Easy Letters Professional is so comprehensive (over 560 writing topics, over 3,000 ready-to-use letters, over 11,000 choice sentences, and over 39,000 powerful phrases), few customers have sent us enhancement requests. But, like all software companies with great products, we're busy finding new ways to serve our customers. When new products are finished, we will announce them on our Web site.

Do you have an Apple Macintosh version? |

Yes, Rhymer for the Macintosh Classic works with OS 9.x and OS X. Easy Letters runs only on Windows. However, we understand there is a program that emulates Microsoft Windows on the Macintosh. If you have that program, first try the Windows 3.1 evaluation version of Easy Letters. If that works, the full version should work too.

How do I uninstall your evaluation version? |

For Windows XP, 2000, 98, 95, Me and NT:
Click the Start button on you Windows task bar. Click Settings. Click Control Panel. Double Click Add/Remove Programs. Scroll down until you see the WriteExpress product listed you want to uninstall, then click on it. Click the Add/Remove button.

Will I find the right letter to increase my sales in WriteExpress Easy Letters Professional? |

WriteExpress Easy Letters Professional contains or embeds all the letters of Easy Letters. It also contains an additional 1,000 letters focused on selling products or services. Although we organized letters into topics, the topics can easily be changed. For example, a letter to sell clothing might easily be changed to sell bearings. Find a good outline for your specific need. Or, find sentences and paragraphs that you think would be appropriate to construct your own letter.
Reading dozens letters of letters takes time, but increasing sales is everything. We've covered hundreds of clever approaches to writing sales copy.
