Q. I've never written a company policy manual or employee handbook before. Do you have a set of guidelines that I can use?
A. The Office Policy Manual 2008 policy templates contain a wide variety of policy topics. Each topic contains starting-point policy text and many topics provide optional policies. You can customize and adapt each policy as you see fit. Further, the policy manual can always be edited at a later date - to incorporate policy updates or changes.
Office Policy Manual 2008 also provides an eBook titled How to Write a Policy Manual, in PDF format. This informative eBook is a useful guide that will help you create and refine your policy manual.
