Inserting Profiles is Easy

Within an OfficeReady profile, you can store both business card information and default images for logo, portrait and signature. For instance, if your company has a logo you can set the logo up as part of your profile. Then, every time you create a new document that has a logo socket, the logo from your profile will automatically show up in the document.
