Q:	How can I redownload my software from your Yahoo! store?
A:	A "Download" button will be displayed on the Order Confirmation Page. Click this button to begin downloading the item. You can come back to the Order Status Page later (even from a different computer) and download the item. You can get to the Order Status Page using the URL from the Order Confirmation e-mail, or by using the Order Status Link at the top of Yahoo! Shopping. When you re-download your software you will be prompted to enter the credit card number used in the order for identification. Back to Top
Q:	For how long may I re-download the software?
A:	Our Yahoo! Store lets you redownload as often as you wish. Digital River lets you redownload free for 30 days. They will offer you an "extended download service" for a few extra dollars. This will let you re-download for a year. Back to Top

Q:	May I install the software on both my home and work computers?
A:	Yes. Most software companies require one license per computer that the software is installed on. You can install WriteExpress software both at home and work, as long as you are the primary user of both your computers. Back to Top

Q:	How may I both download the software and purchase a CD online?
A:	Go the the page for the product you wish to purchase. Click the "Download Now" button. That will take you to our Yahoo! Store. Next, click the "ADD TO CART" button. Scroll down and click the "Order" link under the "Related Items" section. Back to Top
Q:	If I download and purchase the software, can I upgrade and get a CD later?
A:	If you have your order and/or customer number, you may upgrade to a CD for $10, which is the difference in price. Add $6 for orders outside the USA. See our order form for postal and fax options. Q:	How do I uninstall your evaluation version?
A:	For Windows XP, 2000, 98, 95, Me and NT: Click the Start button on you Windows task bar. Click Settings. Click Control Panel. Double Click Add/Remove Programs.
